First and foremost ... we hope that you are all well as we do appreciate that this is a tough time for many, both financially and emotionally. Accordingly, we try and keep our rates very reasonable whereby, we can cover our own costs, and our guests can enjoy a break away at minimal expense. We do very much appreciate your ongoing support during 2021 and beyond. THANK YOU.
As New Zealand transitions through the Alert Levels, according to the Government decisions (based on the indicative results of the COVID-19 pandemic) , The Fish and Jandal will continue to review whether it can be open for bookings. Currently The Fish and Jandal is closed during Alert Levels 3 & 4. Accordingly, please see our booking calendar for available dates for future bookings. Please note, that any bookings that may need to be cancelled as a result of a change in the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g. Alert Levels / quarantine requirements), then these cancellations will be fully refundable.
Like most businesses at this time, we want to let you know what steps we are taking during New Zealand’s response to COVID-19.
Please be rest assured that, as always, we will continue to clean high contact surfaces, including door handles, light switches, kitchen appliances and anything that may be touched frequently by our guests. We pride ourselves on always ensuring the apartment is kept as hygienically clean as possible. Likewise, bed linen including mattress/pillow protectors are always replaced with clean ones after each booking. The recommended cleaning standards specified were already applied by The Fish and Jandal prior to this pandemic.
In the meantime, we hope that you all take good care of yourselves during this time and hope that you may be able to enjoy some quality time with your family and/or loved ones.
