The Fish and Jandal
Your Hosts: Jacqueline and John Benson-Cooper
Like most businesses at this time, we want to let you know what steps we are taking during New Zealand’s response to COVID-19.
When the Government announced New Zealand’s Covid-19 Alert Level was to move to Level 4 from midnight Wednesday 25 March (and as Level 4 meant people were instructed to stay at home and self-isolate i.e. people should not be travelling within NZ/regions for at least four weeks), all indications were that it would be sensible and responsible for The Fish and Jandal to temporarily close the Holiday apartment.
As New Zealand now transitions through the Alert Levels due to the COVID-19 pandemic we can now advise that The Fish and Jandal will be available for bookings from:
12 June 2020.
This date will continue to be reviewed in the coming months as the Government transitions through the different Levels according to the indicative results of COVID-19. We thank you for your understanding.
Please see our booking calendar for available dates.
When The Fish and Jandal re-opens for bookings, please be rest assured that, as always, we will continue to clean high contact surfaces, including door handles, light switches, kitchen appliances and anything that may be touched frequently by our guests. We pride ourselves on always ensuring the apartment is kept as hygienically clean as possible. Most, if not all, cleaning standards/recommendations during this time have already been applied by The Fish and Jandal prior to this pandemic.
In the meantime, we hope that you all take good care of yourselves during this time and hope that you may be able to enjoy some quality time with your family and/or loved ones.
We appreciate and thank you again for your support of The Fish and Jandal. We are very happy to answer your emails (email@example.com) or calls (021 489 712) if you have any questions in relation to future bookings and we hopefully look forward to welcoming you another time in the future.
Finally, a heartfelt thanks to you again for your continued support.
Sincerely, John and Jacqueline
