CANCELLATION POLICY
 Should it be necessary to cancel the booking:
  • up until two weeks prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded in full. 
 
  • between 1 to 2 weeks prior to arrival date there is a 25% cancellation fee  (equivalent to the deposit paid).
 
  • If a guest cancels less than one week in advance the booking is  non-refundable. 

Consideration will be given for any extenuating circumstances
(either: (a) the first THREE NIGHTS  or (b) the 25% deposit (whichever is the greater) is  non-refundable.  However,  the remaining nights will be refunded ).

PLEASE NOTE:  
  • The rates below are for direct bookings only (i.e. these rates have been specifically calculated to include a discount for direct bookings.  Accordingly, these rates may differ from bookings made via another website / platform ). 
  • Payment is required by internet banking or cash as we do not have credit card facilities.
  • A minimum of 2 NIGHT STAYS are required.  Thank you.
  • A minimum of 3 NIGHT STAYS are required for Public Holidays.  Thank you.

UPDATE: We regret to advise that The Fish and Jandal is closed until 25 September 2024. Thank you for your patience. We do appreciate your ongoing support and hope to welcome you back in the Spring and Summer months. This official website (www.fishandjandal.nz) has the calendar dates blocked until 31 March 2025 but dates will be released in August for bookings from 24 September2024.
