CANCELLATION POLICY

 Should it be necessary to cancel the booking:

• up until two weeks prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded in full. 

 

• between 1 to 2 weeks prior to arrival date there is a 50% cancellation fee  (equivalent to the deposit paid).

 

• If a guest cancels less than one week in advance the booking is  non-refundable. 

Consideration will be given for any extenuating circumstances
(either: (a) the first THREE NIGHTS  or (b) the 50% deposit (whichever is the greater) is  non-refundable.  However,  the remaining nights will be refunded ).

PLEASE NOTE:  

• The rates below are for direct bookings only (i.e. these rates have been specifically calculated to include a discount for direct bookings.  Accordingly, these rates may differ from bookings made via another website / platform ). 
• Payment is required by internet banking or cash as we do not have credit card facilities.
• A minimum of 2 NIGHT STAYS are required.  Thank you.
• A minimum of 3 NIGHT STAYS are required for Public Holidays.  Thank you.
