CANCELLATION POLICY

 Should it be necessary to cancel the booking:



  • up until two weeks prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded in full. 

 

  • between 1 to 2 weeks prior to arrival date there is a 50% cancellation fee (equivalent to the deposit paid).

 

  • If a guest cancels less than one week in advance the booking is non-refundable. 


Consideration will be given for any extenuating circumstances

Either:

(a) the first THREE NIGHTS; or

(b) the 50% deposit

(whichever is the greater) is non-refundable.  However, the remaining nights will be refunded.

The calendar is TEMPORARILY CLOSED  from 15 June 2026 to 31 March 2027 and will be opened up later in the year for bookings.  Thank you for your patience. We value your support.

  • Payment is required by internet banking or cash as we do not have credit card facilities on site.
  • A minimum of 2 NIGHT STAYS are required(*except for Public Holidays). Thank you.

Extra for 2 children < 15yrs | $60.00 (total per night for 2 children for the first 7 nights per fortnight).



Breakfast per Adult / Child | $14.00 per person per night (Please advise upon booking)

  •  Continental only (includes: Croissant, muesli bar, fruit juice, fruit & condiments.) 
  •   Coffee, tea and milk already provided in the apartment. 
  •   Please Note: we do not provide Gluten free/dairy free/vegan, etc.
